The course has by object the study and analysis, with the end to obtain a global vision, of the juridical structure and economic operation of the mortgage, especially after the reforms carried out in this matter, that have operated a deep reform in the regulation of the guarantee hipotecaria and have entered new modalidades of mortgage, as the floating mortgage or the reverse mortgage. The Program includes the new regulation of the novación and subrogation hipotecaria as well as the examination of the reforms operated in the titulización and the market hipotecrio secondary
The Course is headed to students of last cycle of Right, Graduates in Right and Economia, Diplomados in Business Sciences, Lawyers, Managing, managerial and employees of Entities of Credit and in general to all those that develop his activities profesioneolos in the frame of credit hipotecario and have of a juridical training that allow the development organised of the matter in the appearances contained in the Program.
