The Chair of Real Estate and Registration "Bienvenido Oliver" has its origin in a collaboration between the Professional Association of Registrars of Property, Commercial and Personal Property and various Spanish Universities in order to promote the study of Real Estate Registry through the joint organization teaching and research activities.
The result of this agreement have emerged specific agreements with the University of Valencia, Cardenal Herrera CEU, Córdoba and, since June 2003 with the University of Alicante.
The specific agreement was signed by the then Hon. University Rector of Alicante, D. Salvador Ordonez and regional dean of the College of Registrars of Property, Commercial and Personal Property of Valencia, D. Vicente Carbonell, assigning the development of all partnerships in teaching and research to the Department of Civil Law at the University of Alicante.
Among these partnership agreements include, among others, the joint organization of postgraduate courses and specialization, exchange of bibliographic, the experiments in registry offices or the organization of conferences and lecture series.

Notes: Both workshops are part of the collaboration agreement between the University of Alicante and the Association of Registrars of Property of the Community, coordinated teacher has been assigned to the Department of Civil Law. The workshop is conducted by Registrars of Property in the exercise and content management includes the actual documentation extracted from the Land Registry.
